Given that ATC =AFC +AVC
`:. ATC -AVC =AFC`
`AFC =(TFC)/("Output ")`
`by definition TFC is constant. Therefore as output is increased AFC falls
Since AFC =ATC -AVC , the difference between
ATC and AVC falls as output is increased.
