Let side of the square field be a.
`a^2=49`
`a=sqrt(49=7m`
Distance covered by Sunil in one round =Perimeter of a square `=4xx7=28 cm`
`=("Total distance")/("Distance covered in one round ")=(224)/(28)=8`
