`(25p + 14q)/(5p + 7q) = (8)/(3)`
`(25p + 14q) xx 3 = 8 xx (5p + 7q)`
75p + 42q = 40p + 56q
75p - 40p = 56q - 42q, 35p
` = 14q, (p)/(q) = (14)/(35) = (2)/(5)`
`therefore p:q = 2:5`
