b

Let the length of road divider be x m.
`(x)/(6) + (3x)/(5) + 28 = x`
`(5x + 18x + 840)/(30) = x`
`23x + 840 = 30x`
`840 = 7x`
`x = (840)/(7)`
`x = 120`
`:.` Length of the divider = 120 m
Hence, the correct option is (b)
