Formation of whole body of an organism from a fragment is called morphallaxis (marphallactic regeneration).
During reggeneration, modifaction of an organ to another is called celled morpholaxis.
Mprphallaxis is a type asexual reproductin. E.g. Amoeba, Hydra, Planaria.
Regeneration of two transversely cut equal pieces of one Hydra into 2 small Hydras is called morphallaxis, by interstitial cells.
