Colloidal solution of liquid in liquid is called as emulsion
We have two types of emulsions
Oil in water (o/w):In this type of emulsion water is medium and oil is deispersed phase it soluble in `H_(2)O`,Ef.Milk.
(i) Water in oil (w/o): In this type of emulsion oil is medium and water is dispersed in to it it is soluble in oil Eg butter.
