These days people use steel utensiles with copper bottom. This is supposed to be good for uniform heating of food. Explain this effect using the fact tha copper is the better conductor.

Explanation

Since copper is better conductor of heat than steel, so when a steel utensil with copper bottom is heated, the junction of copper and steel gets heated quickly but steel is unable to conduct heat as quickly, so it (steel) allows the food inside the utensil to get heated uniformly.
