If `i_p` is the polarising angle, then
`tan i_p = mu = 1.66 implies l n [(C ),(C_0)] = -kt`
`implies i_p = tan^(-1)(1.66) = 58.9^@`
Let r be the angle of refraction. Then
`i_p + r = 90^@`
`implies r = 90^@ -58.9^@ = 31.1^@`.
