(i) Find the dividend from each share and rate of retaun.
(ii) First of all, find rate of return by using the following formula, `"FV"xx"Rate of divident"="MV"xx"Rate of return."`
(iii) Let x be the rate of return. Now, find `30%` of `40-x%` of 40.
