Give the position, structural peculiarity and function of pseudostratified epithelium.

Pseudostratified epithelium lines the trachea and primary bronchi . It is single layered but appears two layered as is formed of two types of unequal sized cells. Cilia of tall cells beat outward to expel dust particles or bacteria trapped in the mucus of globlet cells.
