i.e. `9xx10^(9)xx(q*q)/(r^(2))=mg`
or `r^(2)=(9xx10^(9)xxq^(2))/(mg)=(9xx10^(9)xx(1.6xx10^(-19))^(2))/(1.67xx10^(-27)xx9.8)`
`r^(2)=14.07cm^(2) or r=11.86cm`
