3. Mark the point `R` on `vec(QX)` such that `QR = 3cm`.
4.With `R` and `P` as centres and with radii of `3 cm` each , draw two arcs to intersect each other at `S`.
5. Join `PS` and `RS` to form the required square `PQRS`.
