Yes. It is possible for two lenses to produce zero power, Both the surfaces of lenses are equally curved. i.e. `R_(1) = R_(2)` and hence
Power (p) ` = (mu - 1) ((1)/(R_(1))-(1)/(R_(2)))=0`
