Single Cell protein (SCP) are dried cell of microorgnism that are used as protein supplement in human foods or animal feeds . SCP foods. SCP are rich in proteins aminoacids, vitamins carbohydrates , fasts and minerals . It is used as food source by Astronauts and Antarctica expedition scientists.
