Given , radius , `r=15xx10^(10)m`
Time period of revolution , T=360 days
`=360xx24 xx60xx60s`
Angular velocity
`omega=(2pi)/(T)`
`=(2xx22)/(7xx360xx24xx60xx60)=2xx10^(-7) rad//s`
Linear velocity
`v=romega=15xx10^(10)xx2xx10^(-7)`
`=30xx10^(3)=3xx10^(4)m//s`
The earth revolves through an angle of `2pi` rad in 365 days
`therefore 360 days =2pi ` radian
`1 day=(2pi)/(360)=0.0172` rad.
