Let emitter and collector current be `I_(E)` and `I_(c )`
`beta= (I_(c ))/(I_(E)) = 69`
Let `(I_(c))/( I_(E)) = alpha`
`I_(c ) xx I_(E) xx (69)/( 70) =7 xx (69)/( 70) =6.9 mA`
