An organic halide with formula `C_(6)H_(13)Br` on heating with alc. KOH gives two isomeric alkene (A) and (B) with formula `C_(6)H_(12).` On reductive ozonolysis of mixture (A) and (B) ,the following compounds are obtained :
`CH_(3)COCH_(3),CH_(3)CHO, CH_(3)CH_(2)CHO " and " (CH_(3))_(2) CHCHO`
