A cell has 32 chromosomes. It undergoes mitotic division. What will be the chromosme number `(n)` during metaphase ? What would be the DNA content (C) during anaphase ?

(i) At metaphase, there will be 32 chromosomes and cach chromosome will be formed of 2 sister chromatids and the DNA content per chromosome will be 4 C.
(ii) At anaphase, there will be 46 daughter chromosomes, 32 moving forward each pole. Each daughter chromosome will be of only one chromatid and DNA content will be 2 C
