Both Heamophilia and Thalassemia are blood related disorders in humans Write their causes and the the difference between the two . Name the category of genetic disorder they both come under .

Both are Mendelian disorder .Haemphilia is a sex linked recessive disorder.The gene for haemophilia is found on X-chromosome.This gene migrates through a carrier female to her son.Thalassaemia is a autosomal linked recessive defect.Thalassaemia takes place due to mutaition (deletion) which leads to reduced rate of formation of one of its globin chain in haemoglobin .In haemophilia clotting is affected.In Thalassaemia anaemia occurs.
