Hinstones `H_(2)A`, `H_(2)B`, `H_(3)` and `H_(4)` are responsible for formation of core over which DNA is wrapped. This leads to the formation of nucleosome. `H_(1)` type of histone helps in coiling of DNA string having nucleosome.
