How is a cancer cell different from a normal cell ?

Cancer cell is different from a normal cell in having
i. it does not differentiate.
ii. It grows and disorganises the tissue in which it occurs.
iii. It has a large nucleus, nucleolus and more ribosomes.
iv. It loses adhesive junction with other cells.
v. It has abnormal amount of DNA and hence is genetically abnormal.
vi. It shows metastasis.
