Green house effect leads to global warming. Which substances are responsible for green house effect ?

The heating of earth due to trapping of radiation is called green house effect. The gas such as `CO_2,CH_4, N_2O, CFCl_3 , CF_2Cl_2, O_3`, etc., trap these radiations and are called greenhouse gases.
