IF the K.E of a body increases by 200 % then what will be the parcentage increases of momentum ?

E = Initial K.E `= (P^(2))/(2m)`
Initial momentum , P = `sqrt(2mE)`
Increase in K.E = 200 % of E = 2E
So , E . final = 200 % of E = 2E
So , E. Final K.E = `E + 2E = 3E `
Final momentum , P . = `sqrt(2mE)`
` sqrt (2m(3E)) = sqrt(3) P `
Percentage increase in momentum = `(P.-P)/P xx100`
`= (sqrt(3)P-P)/P xx100`
` = 73.2 % `
