We already know the rule for the pattern of letters L, C and F. Some of the letters from Q.1 (given above) give us the same rule as that given by L. Which are these? Why does this happen?

We will use the concept of
algebra to answer the given questions.
The rule for the pattern of
letter L is the same as
the rule for letters T and V that is 2n.
Here 'n ' represents the number of letters.
The rules are the same
because the number of sticks required in the
formation of the above letters is the same i.e 2.
These letters give the same
rule as that given by L
The rule for the pattern of
letter C is the same as the rule for letter Z and U
i.e 3n as these letters have three matchsticks.
