`mu={1,2,3 … 30}`
Q: {4, 8, 12. J6. 20, 24, 28}
R={ 6,12,18,24 }
`Q cap R={12,24}`
`therefore n(Q cap R)=2`
`n[Q cap R )]=n(mu)-n(Q cap R)=30-2 = 38`
Hence , the correct option is (d )
