As per the rule, in the case of multiplication of physcial quantities, we should always express our final product in the same number of significant digits as are in the physical quantity having the least significant digit (in this case, it is length 1.5 cm with two significant digits).
Length of the rectangular sheet = 1.5 cm
Breadth of the rectangular sheet = 1.203 cm
Area of the rectangular sheet = `1.5xx1.203=1.8045cm^(2)`
Hence, the area in the correct of significant digits would be `1.8cm^(2)`
