Full form of MOET is Multiple Ovulation Embryo Transfer Technique. It involves the following steps:
(i) Stimulation of healthy and high milk yielding female cattle to produce more eggs from its ovaries by administering gonadotropic hormones like FSH and LH.
(ii) Superovulated female is mated with a good male by natural breeding or artificoal isemination.
(iii) Embryos at 32- celled stage are recovered from female cattle non surgically and implanted on the uterus of another surrogate female cattle for implanation and further development.
