DNA is the bigger in size. The molecular weight of DNA in prokaryotes is `2.6 xx 10^(9)` (E.coli) and molecular weight of DNA in eukaryotes is `1.8 xx 10^(12)` (humans). Molecular weight of enzymes varies from 10,000 to 1 million. Thus DNA is bigger in molecular size.
