Why are coral reefs not found in the regions from West Bengal to Andhra Pradesh but are found in Tamil Nadu and on the east coast of India?

Because in the regions like Tamil Nadu and east coast of India, there is high salinity, no inflow of fresh-water and siltation which favour the growth of coral reefs.
