 Sometimes due to biotic/abiotic factor the climax remain in a particular seral stage (pre climax) without reaching climax. Do you agree with this statement. If yes give a suitable example.

It is true because due to change in certain biotic/abiotic factor, the process of succession may be arrested at a pre- climax condition before the climax stage. Main causes of such a stage are: forest fires, landslides, changes in soil characteristics, increase in herbivore population and overgrazing , etc.
