Differentiate between a diplobastic and a triploblastic animal.

Diploblastic animals are formed from two germ layers of gastrula i.e. Ectoderm and Endoderm e.g. Sponges (e.g. Sycon ) and coelenterates (e.g. Obelia, Hydra, etc.). Triploblastic animals are formed from three germ layers of gastrula i.e. Ectoderm, Mesoderm, and Endoderm e.g. from flatworms to mammals.
