What is the difference between lenticels and stomata ?

Lenticels are pores present on periderm of bark for aeration. Stomata are minute pores present on epidermis of aerial parts of plant particularly on leaves. They are guarded by guard cells and stomata perform stomatal transpiration and gaseous exchange.
