(a) Exarch : In this condition protoxylem lies towards metaxylem.
Endarch : In this condition protoxylem lies towards inner side of metaxylem.
(b) Stele and vascular bundle:
Vascular bundle represents the ring of xylem and phloem and vascular bundles along with endodermis and pericycle represent stele.
(c) Differences between Protoxylem and Metaxylem : Refer text. - Practice problems - Anatomy of root, stem and leaf.
(f) Stem hair and root hair : Stem hairs are multicellular and exogenous in origin.
Root hairs are unicellular and are extension of epiblema cells.
