Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Micronutrients are required in very small quantity (less than 10 m mole kg of dry matter). Presence in small quantity of such minerals may affect the nutrition in hydroponics. Due to this reason utmost purification of water and mineral salts is required for growing plants in nutrient solution (hydroponics). It is important for the studies of physiological role and deficiency symptoms of specific element involving hydroponics. Impure water contains large number of solute minerals dissolved in it , salts also impurities.
