When does anaerobic respiration occur in man and yeast?

The anaerobic respiration takes place during deficient oxygen conditions in the process of cellular respiration. In man it takes place in skeletal muscles when due to over exercise oxygen availability becomes deficient. In yeasts it takes place during non - availability of oxygen.
