Some allergens trigger sneezing and wheezing in human beings.What causes this type of response by the body?

Allergen acts as an antigen and stimulates the formation of IgE type antibodies which bind to mast cells. These antibody-bound mast cells bind more antigens and release histamine and serotonin which cause hypersensation, sneezing and wheezing
