(a) Passive immunization provides preformed antibodies or anti-toxins for quick response in case of infection by deadly microbes or snake bite.
(b) Antihistamine reduces the allergic symptoms as it neutralises allergy-causing histamine.
(c) Colostrum contains nutrients as well as antibody-A, the later provides passive immunity to the baby.
(d) Cytokinin-barrier protects the non-infected cells from further viral infection.
