(a) Why is Frenkel defect found in AgCl ?
(b) What is the difference between silicon doped with phosphorus and doped with gallium semi-conductors ?

(a) Due to small size of `Ag^(+)` ion, it can fit into interstitial sites.
(b) Phosphorus doped silicon are n-type semiconductors while gallium doped silicon are p-type semiconductors.
