What is observed when sodium chloride is added to a colloidal solution of ferric hydroxide?

When sodium chloride is added to ferric hydroxide sol, the sol gets coagulated. This is because the `Cl^(-)` ions from NaCl neutralie the +ve charge on `Fe(OH)_3` sol.
