General term in `(a+b)^n` is given by,
`T_(r+1) = C(n,r)a^(n-r)b^r`
So, in given expression,
`(x^2-y)^6)`
`T_(r+1) = C(6,r)(x^2)^(6-r)(-y)^r`
`T_(r+1)=(-1)^r*C(6,r)(x)^(12-2r)(y)^r`
