We have,
`|veca| = sqrt(3^(2) + 2^(2)) = sqrt(13)` and `|vecb| = sqrt(2^(2) + 3^(2)) = sqrt(13)`.
`:' |veca| = |vecb|`.
But, `3hati + 2hatj ne 2hati + 3hatk` and therefore, `veca ne vecb`.
