When a polynomial 2x ^(3) + 3x ^(2) + ax...

When a polynomial `2x ^(3) + 3x ^(2) + ax + b` is divided by `(x-2)` leaves remainder 2, and `(x +2)` leaves remainder -2. Find a and b.
