What is muscular fatigue ? How this can be removed ?

The process by which lactic acid is accumulated in muscles due to excessive labour for which muscles lose its ability to contract is called muscular fatigue .
Muscular fatigue is removed by taking rest for certain period . During resting condition lactic acid is diffused and carried away through blood , thus fatigue is removed .
