The general chemical formula of triglyceride is
`R_(2) COO -CH_(2)CH(-OOCR_(1))CH_(2)-OOCR_(3)`
Where `R_(1), R_(2)`, and `R_(3)` are fatty acids. These three fatty acids can be same or different.
