Given equation of circle is
`x^(2) + 4x + 4 + y^(2) - 4y = 0`
Add 4 on the both side.
`x^(2) + 4x + 4 + 4+ y^(2) - 4y + 4 = 0 + 4`
`rArr(x+2)^(2) + (y-2)^(2) = 2^(2)`
Here, we observe that the values of centre of radius are same.
Hence, it touches both the axes.
