P divides AB in the ratio 1:2.
This point is `P((1 xx 1 + 2 xx 3)/(1+2), (1 xx 2 + 2 xx (-4))/(1+2))`.

Q divides AB in the ratio 2:1. So, we get
`Q((2 xx 1 + 1 xx 3)/(2+1), (2 xx 2 + 1 xx (-4))/(2+1)), i.e., ((5)/(3), 0)`
`therefore ((5)/(3), 0) -=((5)/(3), q) rArr q = 0`.
