According to poiseuille formula , the rate of flow of liquid through capillary tube is
`Q = (pi P r^4)/(8 eta l)`
therfore `Q_A = Q_B`
`(pi P_A r_A^4)/(8 eta l_A) = (pi P_B r_B)/(8 eta l_B)`
` therefore P_A/P_B= (r_B/r_A)^4 (l_A/l_B) = ( (2r_A)/(2l_A))^4 ( (l_A)/(2l_A)) = 16 xx 1/2 = 8:1`
