Mention any two autosomal genetic disorders with their symptoms

The two autosomal genetic disorders are as follow-
(1) Donw's syndrome. It is a type of autosomal anequploidy caused due to trisomy of chromosome number 21, i.e.,, presenc of an additional copy chrosome number 21. The main symptoms of Down's syndryome are as follows :
(i) Shott statured with small round head.
(ii) Protruding tongeu and ever open mouth
(iii) Physical, psychomotor and mental retardiation
(iv) Mongolian eylid fold, short neck and projecting lower lip.
(v) Broad palm with characteristic plam creases
(2) It is a type of autosomal gene mutation caused tue to lack of enzyme phenylalanine hydroxylase. This enzyme converts amino acid phenylalanine into tryosine. The main symptoms of this genetic disorder are-
