Explanation

The llelic genes which genes which , present together in an individual, express their traits independently instead of showing dominance-recessive relationsphip are called codominant gene. Two independent pairs of genes, which interact to produce a trait together, but each dominant gene alone does not shw its effect, are termed complementary genes.
