What are the different oxidation states exhibited by the lanthanoids ?

The most common oxidation state of lanthanoids is +3. However, some lanthanoids also show an oxidation state of +2 and +4. For example, Eu shows an oxidation state of +2 and Ce shows an oxidation state of +4.
